Moher Hill Open Farm Our farmhouse accommodation is located next to the Moher Hill Open Farm. The farm provides attractions for young and old. Come and see the Vietnamese pot belly pig, pony and donkey, llama, deer, goats, sheep, rare birds and domestic fowl. |
St. Brigid's Well . The holy well is about 500 metres from the rental cottage. The well is dedicated to St. Brigid, also known as "Mary of the Gael". Next to the holy well is a different sort of well. Two Public houses are side by side in walking distance to your accommodation. |
Liscannor The Harbour Village of Liscannor is just 3 km from your rental accommodation. Its claim to fame is that John P. Holland, the inventor of the submarine, was born in 1841 here in this small town. It has some excellent pubs serving fresh seafood caught by local fishermen. |
Lahinch The seaside village of Lahinch is just a 6 km drive from your accommodation. The two championship golf courses have hosted all the major Irish championships, amateur and professional, down through the years. The town also offers a large beach suitable for bathing. The beach has also become one of the top surfing destinations in Ireland. |
Doolin Famed for its traditional music sessions, the village of Doolin is only a 7 km drive from this self catering accommodation. From Doolin you can take a boat trip to the Aran Islands or enjoy a boat ride below the majestic Cliffs of Moher. |
